Refunds/Returns

All physical book sales are final. We do not accept returns for paperback books as we ensure every customer receives a new book not handled by previous customers. In the rare case a refund is warranted, we will refund the product purchase price as paid by the customer. We do not refund shipping costs.

Problems with eBook downloads must be handled through our digital delivery service, help@bookfunnel.com prior to refunds issued. Bookfunnel will make every effort to assist you in downloading your product(s). Refund requests are made on case-by-case basis. However, if Bookfunnel's records show the product has been viewed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
